A Day Without Shoes
On April 5, prefirst students went barefoot for part of the school day in support of "One Day Without Shoes," a movement led by TOMS Shoes to raise awareness about the global need for shoes in third world nations. The youngsters participated in a variety of activities and watched a documentary about why it is important to wear shoes.
