Students to Stage Julius Caesar, November 7 and 8
McDonogh students and Chesapeake Shakespeare Company professionals will stage a joint production of "Julius Caesar" in the Ceres M. Horn Theatre on Saturday, November 7 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 8 at 4 p.m. The cost is $5 at the door.
McDonogh is hosting the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company for a two-week residency through Sunday, November 8.
The CSC cast, teaching artists, and production staff are working with upper schoolers to introduce them to the world of professional classical theatre.
The 19 students participating in the residency will attend master classes taught by company teaching artists, will rehearse alongside seasoned professionals, and will perform in two presentations of Shakespeare’s tragedy for all in the McDonogh community.
