Baltimore connection to NOLA's John McDonogh Day
When New Orleans celebrated John McDonogh Day in May, archivists Frayda Salkin and Mary Lu Greenwood shared the occasion with them, thanks to a gift from the Class of '56.
Recording the event was Stephen Deline '00, a filmmaker creating a documentary about present-day McDonogh schools in NOLA and Baltimore.
And Stephen isn't the only alum with McDonogh-NOLA connection. Triplets Ali, Jocie, and Deb Sher '06, along with mom Carol, have devoted their time and resources to sister-school McDonogh 26 since Hurricane Katrina linked the two schools. Read the full story.
